As part of a new internal initiative to improve CBM Corporate's Asset management processes, CBM Corporate engineers will be attending to all Managed Services customers, to attach an Asset ID sticker to every device in customer’s premises.

This will serve the support team in being able to be able to identify and diagnose devices remotely by using the asset ID sticker, when dealing with customer representatives, and will in turn allow for complete asset management of all IT equipment as a value-add feature for all our managed IT service clients.

A CBM Corporate engineer will be in touch to arrange for a time to review attend to your offices.
