As part of our model of IT support delivery, CBM Corporate offer after hours support, which for customers requiring support on weekends and out of mainstream business opening hours is a necessity.

The trend for delivery of after-hours support will continue, and we are proud to be one of the only IT providers in Perth to have such a successful after-hours support model, which so many of our customers use and value.

To be able to continue to deliver out of standard business hours support, we would like to ask that all of our customers contact who contact our support team out of business hours, do so only for business critical / unable to work reasons, and understand that work on non-critical requests will at times be delayed until the next working business day.
