Has Amcom changed to Vocus?
The Amcom brand is now part of the Vocus Group. From 1st February 2016, we will only have the Vocus brand in market.

No, there has been no change to your service or account.
What if I buy services from both Vocus and Amcom? Will I be given a new account manager?
It’s business as usual, any changes to your account manager and points of contact will be communicated in due course.
Will my support contacts change?

Vocus and M2 Merger Approved.
We’re pleased to announce that on the 5th February, 2016, M2 Group Ltd and Vocus Communications Limited obtained the final court approval to proceed with the merger of the two companies.
First announced in September 2015, the merger will create Australia’s fourth largest telco by market capitalisation and will operate under the Vocus brand.
Vocus Chairman David Spence said “this is an excellent outcome for both companies. The merger creates a new force in the telecommunications industry, capable of delivering great outcomes.
“We look forward to maximising all the opportunities the merger provides, by continuing on a joint basis the tremendous success that each of M2 and Vocus has achieved so far.”
